CriticalWave Energy Solutions (CWES) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) dedicated to delivering mission-critical engineering, maintenance, and cybersecurity solutions. With deep roots in defense operations and a proven track record supporting global infrastructure, we provide resilient services that ensure continuity in even the most complex environments.

We specialize in the maintenance and modernization of critical power systems, including generators, UPS, ATS, and SCADA-integrated infrastructure. As an Authorized Cummins Power Generation Dealer, CWES supports full lifecycle operations—from design and installation to diagnostics and long-term service—for both government and commercial clients.

Our expertise also spans secure IT and compliance consulting. In partnership with NUARI, CWES delivers CMMC 2.0 readiness, DFARS 252.204-7012 compliance, and secure Office 365 GCC High migration services. These capabilities ensure our clients’ information environments are as secure and compliant as the infrastructure they support.

To support this vision, we are developing the AI Technician Application—a field-ready platform that will deliver AI-driven diagnostics, interactive repair guidance, and future AR-enabled support for critical power systems. Designed with scalability and cybersecurity in mind, this application is aimed at enhancing technician capabilities, reducing system downtime, and aligning with emerging DoD and commercial infrastructure needs.
